In times of need

I do not ask for much

A hug, a cuddle

Is all that I need

I need love

I need to feel affection

From people around, who cares about me

I need to feel loved

I need to feel wanted

‘cause so far my life hasn’t experienced any.

Maybe the one

-but that was not from the heart

I’ve never felt loved

Nor felt wanted

So all I ask in my time of need

Please give me a hug or a little cuddle

I need to feel that someone cares.

I need love

From someone I love.
